Warranty Periods

• Labour: 60 days.
• Spare parts with manufacturer warranty: 1 year.
• Parts without manufacturer warranty (screen, lens, etc.): labour warranty only (60 days).
• Parts you supply yourself or refurbished parts: no warranty is given.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty applies only to the labour performed and the part replaced, in the event that the same fault recurs.

What Is Not Covered

• Physical impact, drops, breakage
• Liquid contact
• Intervention by unauthorised persons
• Removal or damage of the warranty label
• A new fault different from the one repaired
• Damage caused by user error

Making a Warranty Claim

For a warranty claim you need to bring in your device together with the service receipt or invoice, if available.
