We carry out the repair, including at board level, and keep you updated with photos and video along the way.

Once the repair is complete, we send your device back to you free of charge.

After inspecting the device we give you a price range for the repair; if you approve it, we begin. If something unforeseen comes up during the repair (a hidden fault, additional damage), we call you first and never proceed without your approval.
