We process the data required to deliver the service, such as your name and surname, phone number, e-mail address, device brand/model information and fault description.
Data is processed under Article 5 of Law No. 6698 (KVKK) on the grounds of the conclusion and performance of a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest.
Your data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. If your device is shipped by courier, only the information necessary for delivery is shared with the contracted courier company.
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to request rectification or erasure, and to object to processing. You can send your requests to servis@vsteknik.com.
